MEET THE BAKER

Hi everyone, I'm Lizzie!

Many wonder how this business came to be and then don’t believe me when I begin to share. Long story short, I have my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and during the years I spent studying, I needed an outlet to get away from the books… baking it was.  For years I said I was a physical therapist by day and baker by night... because that is exactly how it all started. Then, eventually Tin Lizzie Baked Goods was born!

Most recently, I have decided to take a break from the physical therapy world so I can better dedicate my time to the cookie lifestyle!

This passion for baking has become something I never imagined and it could not be possible without all my cookie lovers who have supported the brand over the years. Keep spreading the word about these custom cookies, and most importantly, the Buttercream Frosted Sugar Cookie that started it all!
